Hi!! I'm so sorry for my silence, but I had my final exam at school, holidays the choice for college... I really hadn't had any time at all to take a look here at deviantart! 
Anyway, I've given a look at your work... I love the light effects you rendered, it's really fascinating! The only thing that I have to say it's about the nose... Maybe it's only my fault (with manga drawings I agree that's a serious risk) in drawing it too high and small, but... I'd imagined it a little bigger. However, I think it's really a good work, I like it!! ^^

I'm glad you put your exams first. congratulations a good luck with the new study.
About the colouring. I see a lot of area's, where I want to improve in. I made the choice to not in anyway alter your original sketch. And your right. All drawing, including Manga, works convincing when you get the proportions right. I myself find that the hardest thing to master. It's mainly a case of looking and observing and then practicing it on paper. So don't beat yourself up over it. Of course there are a lot of other things you can put in a drawing but it starts with proportions. For different styles there are different rules. I'm sure I'm far worse than you at drawing manga.
It was my first ever attempt to really 'paint' a scheme over a drawing and I thank you for letting me do it. I've learnt a lot...
What kind of study are you currently taking? Does it have anything to do with art or...
